Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or personalized items are not returnable unless defective.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
